The future of the old Tithebarn pub is uncertain after plans for a new Preston youth area were approved.
The proposed Youth Zone site is between Lord Street and Tithebarn Street, opposite Preston Bus Station.
Sitting on the corner of that patch of land, The Tithebarn has been empty since 2016 when it last closed.

The Lord Street building is owned by Preston City Council.

A Council spokesperson said: “The future of the pub site is uncertain as it is in a very poor structural condition.
“The council’s real estate team is currently examining future options”
