Police call for public comment on Operation Vanquish

Raids taking place as part of Operation Vanquish

Police have asked residents of Preston to take a survey on Operation Vanquish to hear their thoughts on how they can better tackle local crime.


Operation Vanquish is police crackdown on crime and anti-social behavior, with officers recently raiding addresses in coordinated city-wide drug raids.

The operation led to 17 arrests, more than 30 executed arrest warrants and the recovery of suspected weapons, cash and drugs.

Police are now asking the public to complete the survey to inform their police services.
