A planning application has been submitted for 42 houses to be built in Woodplumpton.
The homes will consist of a mix of three and four bedroom homes on land between the new east-west link road and east of Tabley Lane.
There will be 14 three bedroom houses, 25 four bedroom houses and three of the buildings will be five bedrooms.

All homes will have driveways with detached or built-in garages.
All of the proposed houses will have private gardens at the front and rear and the rear gardens are enclosed by a built form, further rear gardens and fences to create privacy and security.
All accommodations will benefit from a private driveway and an integrated or adjoining garage. All parking spaces are
within the confines of, and overlooked by, the respective dwelling.

No on-street parking is offered.
The appearance of the proposed accommodation would reflect the character of the other phases of the larger development in
terms of house design and materials.
A 2 meter high acoustic fence will be applied to the rear gardens of a limited number of properties that are on display
to East West Link Road.
We do not yet know when the request will be discussed by the planning committee.
