Happy Saturday everyone!
A cold front is crossing this afternoon which has produced some showers in the area as well as cloud cover. Temperatures peaked at nearly 70 degrees today with northerly winds of 5-10 mph. Tonight, the sky is clear, allowing temperatures to fall back into the 50s and even 40s for the highest terrain. A spectacular forecast is in place for Sunday as the high pressure sets in.
Sunday will be characterized by a beautiful blue sky with lots of sun. Maximums will be seasonal in the upper 60s for the most part with northerly winds of 5-10 mph. Sunday evening, the sky remains clear with again lows close to 50 degrees. Winds will start to move out of the south early next week as the sunny and dry stretch remains Monday and Tuesday. The southern flow will allow temperatures to rise in the 1970s, or even higher, at the start of the week. An approaching cold front will bring more chances of rain by the middle of the week and allow a cooler fall as expected to return by Thursday and Friday.
Have a good week-end!
